Customer Service & Booking

  • Appointments can be booked directly through our website’s booking page. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

  • No, deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total service cost. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Yes, we accept outside work — however, you’ll need to send clear photos before booking so we can recommend the correct service type.

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications 24 hours before your appointment. Do not have Botox, chemical peels, or sun exposure in the area within 2 weeks prior.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and financing options through [insert platform, e.g., Sezzle, Cherry, etc.].

  • For safety reasons, cosmetic tattooing and fine line tattoos are not performed on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and will forfeit their deposit. No-shows will also lose their deposit and must rebook with a new one.
